CasaViva Studio provides an AI-assisted cinematic audiovisual content creation service, based on existing photographs of real estate properties (villas, apartments, vacation homes and tourist accommodation listed on platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, among others), aimed at property owners, managers and professionals in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Accessing and browsing this website, as well as using the services and content offered, grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice, in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy in force at any given time.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, generally accepted morality and good practice, and public order. In particular, the user agrees to refrain from:

• Using the website for unlawful purposes or with unlawful effects, contrary to the provisions of this Legal Notice, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that could damage, disable, overload or impair the website, or prevent its normal use.

The work samples, "before and after" comparisons and videos shown in the projects ("Work") section are displayed with the authorisation of the respective clients, or correspond to properties and material owned by CasaViva Studio used for demonstration purposes, without this implying, in any case, the transfer of rights to third parties.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any element of the website without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except for the personal and private use of the user.

CasaViva Studio is not responsible for the use that users may make of the website's content, nor for any damages that may arise from such use.

Where the website contains links to third-party websites, CasaViva Studio exercises no control whatsoever over such sites and content, and assumes no liability for the content of links belonging to a third-party website, nor does it guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, truthfulness, validity or legality of such content.

CasaViva Studio does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the website or its services. To the extent permitted by law, CasaViva Studio shall not be liable for any damages caused by the unavailability or discontinuity of the website, nor for those that may arise from the unauthorised interception, deletion, alteration, modification or manipulation of documents, messages or data transmitted through it by unauthorised third parties.

Videos and visual treatments generated using artificial intelligence constitute a cinematic and aesthetic interpretation of the original photographic material, and their result may therefore differ from the actual appearance of the property at a given time. CasaViva Studio does not guarantee identical results between projects, nor does it assume liability for business decisions the client may make based on the delivered content.

The processing of personal data provided through this website is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile where the user has the status of consumer, or otherwise to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, unless applicable law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis.
